NEW MEMBER APPLICATION

Interested in joining the credit union?  You can print out a membership application, complete it and bring it into one of our branches.  To open your account, we'll need the following items:

• Membership Application - click here for a printable application.
• A copy of your driver's license.  If you don't have a driver's license, we'll need some other form of photo identification (call us at 766-5600 or 1-800-342-8298 if you have questions on other forms of identification). 
• An initial deposit of at least $5.00 to your Primary Savings account.  Checks/money orders can be made payable to First Financial Credit Union.

Stop by the nearest credit union office location with your completed application, along with your photo identification and your intitial deposit.
