VARIABLE RATE IRA CERTIFICATES

This IRA certificate has a 36 month term with $1,000 minimum to open.  Additions are allowed to this certificate: $1,000 minimum addition with up to $2,000 per year permitted.  The dividend rate can vary monthly. A substantial penalty is assessed if principal funds are withdrawn before maturity.
