Our San Mateo Branch is now reopen! Come and see the beautiful new remodel and branch features. As part of our on-going commitment to enhancing the member experience, this is our third branch to introduce the TellerInfinity® machines (TI’s). These self-service, innovative machines allow members to conduct most teller transactions, withdrawal any denominations and has higher withdrawal limits than an ATM, based on your membership history with us. We’re excited to continue offering this new way of banking!

TI (Teller Infinity Machines)
If you have been to the Renaissance, Coors, or our recently remodeled San Mateo branch, chances are you have encountered our new innovative teller-assist machines. It is likely that when you walked in, an employee holding a tablet greeted you and guided you over to the TI (Teller Infinity) machine. Our employees are excited to show you the many functions of the TI and will walk you through transactions at any time.
These self-service, teller-assist machines allow you to conduct most teller transactions, such as withdrawals in any denomination and they have higher withdrawal limits than an ATM (based on your membership history). They allow you to deposit checks and get cash back, as well as purchase an official check, make transfers, and loan payments – including mortgage and credit cards. You don’t have to worry that you’ll be on your own using the TI, our staff is available to help you through your transaction since these are teller-assisted machines and are not replacing tellers in the branch. If you’ve tried the TI’s and determined they aren’t for you, just let us know and we will gladly serve you at the teller line.
The branch staff appreciates the safety that having these teller-assist machines brings to the branch. How is it safer, you ask? Well, branches with a TI don’t have employees working out of a cash drawer. All cash is held in the machine(s). It’s also safer for you, the member! You can quietly and privately complete your transaction without the possibility of other members in the branch hearing your account number, name, and/or social security number.
We are excited about this new technology as we are committed to enhancing the member experience, aiming to reduce wait times, while still meeting your financial needs. We are eager to give you options when you come to the branch and the TI is a fantastic, efficient, and accurate way to process your transactions. We invite you to complete your own transaction(s) with the TI, or if you prefer, a branch employee will be happy to guide you through your TI transaction(s).
