Become a First Financial Credit Union (FFCU) Select Employer Group (SEG)!

SEG or Select Employer Group is a company that partners with FFCU to offer financial services and education as a benefit to its employees. As a not-for-profit credit union, your employees will benefit from higher rates on accounts, lower rates on loans, and they won’t have to worry about hidden fees and surprises.

Potential SEGs must maintain at least 10 employees or must have their business account open with us to become a SEG.

Once you partner with First Financial Credit Union, all your employees and their immediate family members will be eligible for membership. There is no required level of involvement, and it doesn’t exclude you from taking advantage of the services of other financial institutions.
