If you have NOT received your new First Financial Debit Card, please read. 

Effective July 30th, 2024, all new contactless debit cards were mailed to the primary address on file. If you have not received a new contactless debit card, please take the following steps: 

  • Please check your mail. You should have received the new contactless debit card and a new PIN number sometime between June and August. 
  • Please check with all the members of your household to see if they received the card and PIN. 
  • Verify the mailing address on your account is correct. You can verify your address via online/mobile banking, calling our Member Resource Center, or by visiting any FFCU branch. 
    • If your mailing address is incorrect, please contact the credit union immediately so we can update your mailing address and provide options on how to receive your new contactless debit card. 
  • If you did not receive a new contactless debit card, please go into a credit union branch, or contact our Member Resource Center immediately. 
  • Please remember, all non-contactless debit cards will be closed approximately 30 days from the date your new card is scheduled to arrive in the mail. 
  • Any remaining open non-contactless debit cards will be closed on September 3rd, 2024. Please ensure you have received, activated, and begun using your new contactless debit card prior to September 3rd, 2024.

Our new contactless Debit Cards have the latest contactless payment technology! Once you receive your new Debit Card, please activate it immediately by calling our automated service at 1-800-466-0040. Your new PIN number will arrive within a few business days after you receive your new card. Once you have received your PIN number you can change it at any CU Anytime ATM. To immediately reset your PIN number, please visit any FFCU branch.

Once your new Debit Card is activated, please shred your old Debit Card. Your old Debit Card will be closed once you activate your new card or 30 days after you receive your new card.
